• Communication data: where a business client enables WhatsApp messaging, we process customer phone numbers and invoice details in order to send billing notifications via the WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate and deliver invoices and receipts.
• To send order/billing notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, where enabled by the business.
• To provide sales, tax, and reporting features to our business clients.
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

3. WhatsApp Business Platform

Where a business client connects their WhatsApp Business Account to Khatavisors, we use the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform solely to send transactional messages (such as invoice notifications) to that business's own customers, on their behalf. We do not use this data for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Data is shared only with the specific business client who collected it, and with service providers (such as Meta, for WhatsApp messaging, or payment processors) strictly to provide the requested service.

5. Data Retention

Business and transaction data is retained as long as the business account remains active, or as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights
